The one for my 45ACP government size 1911 made a noticeable difference in mine and my shooting buddies grouping. I can't say for sure with this one yet as it went on a 9mm 1911 commander style that I already had tight groupings with and have only shot 10 rounds since installing it. However the black muzzlebrake looks absolutely great with the desert tan/brown it came in. Would highly recommend
