This will prevent flats from spontaneous, slow leaks (that were making me crazy). Your other choice is 'tubolito' - valve stems are glued during production.

I contacted them and it was immediately resolved with a new correct part sent and a return notice to send the incorrect one back. I would say they have excellent customer service (and prices) and would not hesitate to order again from them. Top notch eBay seller!
