    It's in good condition and it's so much better than the awful TV box from EE. Really good value for money, compared to spending £240 per year on the worst TV service money can buy. I had a question for the seller and he responded really quickly and helped me solve the issue. My only criticism is that I assumed it had WiFi but it didn't. My fault for not checking. The advice I got from the seller was to use an extender cable, which I did. Much better than WiFi.

    Efficient machine

    Bought this after my partner aquired one. Very good picture quality with vivid colours. The machine has a easy to use interface with programming and playback options on each side of OK button. Guide has 8 day EPG which is handy as most are only 7. Nice that you are warned that programmes overlap and can reschedule. I also purchased a wi-fi dongle and it is now connected to my network enabling recordings to be made from my Samsung remotely. This is on the Panasonic Digi app which will take multi-machines and all it requires is day and station, programme, record, done. Another nice touch is the day+ and day- in the guide allowing easy recording at given times, something Panasonic have surprisingly omitted from later models. All in all one of best Freeview recorders I have seen. Would have ...

    Good Purchase

    I purchased this solely to watch live TV and record TV programmes so cannot comment on the numerous other features included. Very pleased with the quality of the recordings and only marked the rating down one star as there are too many buttons on the remote control for my liking and it does take some time to master even for just viewing recordings. I do like the ability of starting to watch a recording before the recording has ended and as I bought a manufacturer refurbished product with a full one year guarantee, it was terrific value.

    Great machine

    Got this for my main tv and I love it once I got it set up the main function I like is the remote recording I can now record something while I am away from home using my iPad or iPhone this function will also work on android I only have one problem the instructions supplied are a bit vague on setting the remote function up had to contact Panasonic for help on this but apart from that it’s great

    Excellent Item

    Superfast delivery. Does exactly what it claims to do. Very easy set up, plug and play more or less which is brilliant as I am not technically minded or up to date with technology. Highly recommended and £100 cheaper than a new model. Looks like it is brand new. Only initial drawback is the planner isn't what I'm used to but after several uses I am getting familiar with it.

    HD recorder, Panasonic

    Purchased this as a factory refurbished model - at half retail price. As good as new. Does exactly as it says on the tin. Set-up was dead easy. Weighty instruction manual could be daunting for some but you only need the "get you started" bits to, well, get you started. Small issue was a couple of slightly sticky keys on remote. Called Panasonic service centre and a new one was delivered next day. No hesitation in recommending this item, whether brand new or refurbished.
