All the before and after pictures looked the same to me, BUT, these clips do work. The plastic guide that's placed under my headrest finally gave way leaving me with a seat belt that went across my chin. These clips attach and hold the shoulder strap to the waste part of the belt and keeps it off of my neck and face. Much cheaper than replacing seat belt guides with ones that might be old and deteriorated as well
