When I ordered the part we had a slight miscommunication in the numbers and I received an incorrect part. I contacted them and it was immediately resolved with a new correct part sent and a return notice to send the incorrect one back. I would say they have excellent customer service (and prices) and would not hesitate to order again from them. Top notch eBay seller!

Garbage. Had to modify pedals and there are no straps or Velcro included which you'll need unless you're riding in winter boots.
