The only thing I would say is that the box arrived dented, I'm guessing due to manhandling by the delivery company. What would have minimised this would have been some bubble in the box, as the box was too large and only had a couple of strips of brown paper packing. The end of the wood arrived damaged and looks like it will fall off, not so much of a problem, as the rest was fine and doesn't detract from the piece.

We did not send a bunch of plants - we did send 6 varieties in multiple of 5 as stated in the description.
