The kit came with all the buttons (X Y A B Start Select L R) as well as the little LED end piece. Also both the volume and power sliders. All the buttons were noticeably lower quality than OEM. For all the face buttons and sliders, not really a problem, just fit a bit more loosely but worth it for the color/customization. For the L/R/LED pieces, this made the frame not fit properly. I had to remove these and use OEM to put it back together.

Still working on the project but the green accents are killer and the only issue I had was the replacement fixture for the corner hinge (With the green and orange power display lights) was too big and threatened to warp my original DS shell I was screwing it into. I think the trigger buttons also had a tiny bit of extra fluff from production that I cut away with an xacto-knife. Has great feel and overall a really easy way to spruce up your old system!
