At first I had trouble getting it to play, so I changed the two upper pads (A and G# keys)...probably didn't need to, but it now plays well...? I have turned the thumbrest upside down to put it in a better position for the RH thumb and also put a thumbrest cushion on it. I purchased this clarinet for the jobs I play outdoors. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I believe the G# key and other leaks were caused by shocks in shipping as the box was snug to the flute case. Really could have used 2in. more packing in each dimension. Otherwise a great transaction.
