    Decent info for the price

    I bought this book to help plan for my PCT Thru hike, it has all the basic information like resupply, mileage, and elevation change, though the elevation map could have been less compact, it was still good to know how much of an elevation change you'll be facing. I would recommend this book to help you plan for the hike, I don't think I'll be bringing it with me how ever.

    Great, Compact

    This has everything you need except equipment food and water to hike any or all of the PCT. Easy to understand, very nice layout. Planning for shipping food and supplies ahead.landmarks along the trail, amenities like Post Office, Grocery, shower, lodging, meals all in checkpoint listings. Makes planning a snap. Also lists how far forward or backward it is to a watersource. Can't say enough about this guide.

    Hiker's Bible

    Until I saw the Reese Witherspoon movie, I had no idea how well-organized hiking was. It was interesting to see what goals hikers set for themselves.
