Well, actually it works! There were a lot of flames starting up the device, but once the screen is glowing, it works perfectly. The device looks and feels significantly better built than the cheaper plastic types. The control knob for the gass works well. The temperature of the point is sufficient for contineous soldering. Positive experience, worth the money.
