Other places I looked for them before looked a bit sketchy, and I'm not a real fan of refurbished ones, so I gave them a shot. Just installed them last night and they seem to be holding up, so I have no complaints. If I do need more replacements in the future, I will be sure to buy some more from here.

It was missing a headrest, which was supposed to be included. A brief email exchange caused them to send the headrest attachment. These folks were very easy to deal with and a credit to eBay. The product was well described on the page and as described when arrived, excellent quality, all the part were there. What was absolutely amazing is that I ordered the item on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday! Herman Miller estimated delivery was 6 weeks later!! The chair came in excellent condition. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to use one of the controls once the chair was assembled, I messaged and got a reply right away first thing in the am.
