It's a black handle on a black backplate. Not a lot to say really. There was nothing wrong with them. I removed the one I had to replace (broken spring) and fitted the new one. The handle on the new one did not pull down far enough to release the mortice catch so rather than adjust I just took the spring out and fitted to the old handle. Job done. Perfectly happy.

The only issue we had was that we ordered two and one was incorrect. I gave them a call and their customer service was brilliant — they sent out a replacement ASAP, which arrived within 48 hours. Plus they were the only company I could find to get the closest match to the other door handle in my house otherwise I would of had to change the lot.

I contacted the supplier who immediately sent a pair of brass handles to correct the mistake. This is an example of how a supplier should respond I have nothing but praise for them I would have no concerns about using this supplier again. Thank you very much
