When item arrived with a hole in it seller tried to blame me and asked for video/CCTV proof of me opening it to show it was damaged. Who films themselves opening a parcel ??? Then said they had video/CCTV proof of it being packed up with no damage but won’t send me this so called footage and are now not responding to my messages.
