I messaged them and was requested to send photos which I did. The response was I ordered the wrong part. However, buyer did not admit his mistake and claimed for return postage from us. Buyer’s laptop model is not in item title and descriptions, and it’s totally different from item photos. Do you know it doesn't matter how we update the item list, ebay still keeps the original item list version copy for you. If I had known how much it was going to cost me I would have paid the small amount it cost you to send the wrong item. I have since bought the correct keyboard from Kogan cheaper and free postage. It also arrived very quickly unlike your product. You like to communicate a lot but unfortunately can't accept that your description of product and what laptop it was for was ambiguous.

This is the only seller I am aware of who lets you buy one fan at a time. Unfortunately the first fan I got was wobbling and making noise. I reached out to the seller and they sent me a replacement in a box to ensure it didn't get damaged. After putting the new one in, it is completely silent. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend them to everyone.
