We always try to do our best, but we are really sorry we can't control the third part, special for the USPS, they may lose the package sometimes.Please feel free to choose priority mail instead of first-class mail. It's faster and comes with insurance.We tried to ship one more package to the buyer, but he left negative feedback and no communication.
