Best capo out there for the banjo!
Now if you don't have the drill bits and your not handy have someone install it for you. That aside I love this capo! I installed mine in about 15-20 minutes. You really have to make sure you miss all frets and place it just right. It's so great being able to capo up and not have to detune the 5th. It's soooooooo great! A must have for the serious banjo player. Get cha pull on that review!

Easy to use and good quality !!
I really like these capos ; they are easy to use but a lot of people do not have the ability to install them .. Some banjos need a few alterations for them to work.. Still I like them better than spikes..

Bad design
little pin that holds the little finger in place is loose, and it’s working its way out quickly ... I can already see it falling on the stage floor in the middle of the show ... bad news

The Greatest Banjo Capo Ever Invented
The Shubb 5th String Banjo Capo works much better than the small spikes that some players use. The Shubb is easier to use, does not require re-tuning, and is fast and foolproof. The best by far to use when in a jam or performing, especially when there are several key changes.

Easily installed and simple to use
The banjo capo is a quality product and i am well pleased. It seems a little higher priced than it would have to be but in the long run it's a good value!

The best capo made for a banjo.
This is by far the best 5th string capo made by the only company that makes them right. The other choices are railroad spikes that can cut fingers open or cheap spring types that get in the way of tricky movements on the neck and fail to hold down solid.

Nice product
Easy to install and makes it easy to capo the fifth string. Like it way better than spikes!

Middle screw
My only problem was that I could never get the middle screw low enough so that the capo would slide over it. I finally found a small bail that I hammered in that worked.

Plating is low quality.
It seems the last two or three I have ordered don't have a good quality plating on them.
