Introspective and hilarious
Yami no Matsuei follows the half human half demon Tsuzuki and his partner Hisoka collecting souls that didn't show up in the afterlife. There's comedy and action and some very specific emotional content as we slowly learn who his partner is and why he ended up dead, as well as why Tsuzuki is the object of a certain doctor's obsession.
