Ma Dong Seok aka: Don Lee is great as an against type mild mannered civil accountant for the city. No punches were thrown by him, but his integrity is on point, something he excels with. Quality is just ok but very watchable, the volume is very high, so had to turn it down more than usual. Overall not a problem at all. From what I can tell, the translations and subtitles were and are excellent.

Never did understand the title, gets a reference during the drama. Not a dark drama, great settings, period costumes and actors. Very watchable.
