This personal exercise program with workouts from Electronic Arts (EA) Sports tracks your progress as you begin the 30-day fitness challenge. It also tailors the workout to fit your level of fitness by combining nutrition and lifestyle guidance with cardio exercised for the upper and lower body. Professional feedback throughout the training games lets you know if you are on track to reach your fitness goals. Progress through the variety of workout circuits by inserting the included nunchuk into the leg strap and then holding the Wii Remote in your hand in order to track your body movements for a convenient way to work out in your own home. This personal trainer from Nintendo comes with a Wii Balance Board and controller resistance band for additional functionality and many other physical benefits. “Wii Active Personal Trainer” for the Nintendo Wii was developed in collaboration with fitness expert Bob Greene, best known as Oprah’s personal trainer.     Controller arrived quickly and as described. Securely packaged, and a reasonable price given that it's an unopened OEM controller. It has some slight sun-discoloration, but that's to be expected with a lot of these controllers that could have sat in a store front for a while, and I'm not exactly here to put it into a museum! It seems to have been kept in a good environment as the controller works flawlessly. Thank you very much!

    Good program for building strength.

    It is a good training tool. I’m 68 years old and trying to build and maintain upper body strength. The trainer is pleasantly ruthless.

    I LIKE HAVING A PERSONAL TRAINER RIGHT HERE AT HOME...NICE WORKOUTS AT MY OWN PACE AND THE LEG STRAP THAT HOLDS THE REMOTE MAKES MOVEMENT MUCH EASIER...PICKS UP ALL MOVEMENTS WRONG AND RIGHT AND GIVES CORRECTION WHEN NECESSARY. I RECOMMEND IT ALSO FOR ITS VALUE PRICE.
