It's "Why is this taking so long?", "Can you get it out any faster?" or "This is ridiculous!" responses. There's always a follow up question causing further delay. We've been feverishly working to improve ship time. Your unit is a little different because these units come as 06J907309 usually which makes them extremely difficult to ID. Part was clean and looked brand new with all the proper tags on it.
