No syringe, gaskets, bolt studs, you know the typical things that come with a rebuild turbo kit. Turbo Sounded ok like no weird noises during prep stage of using a syringe and spinning turbine to lubricate the seals prior to install. Everything was done correctly. on first fire up you could just hear all the chatter and metal to metal scratching sounds inside the turbo. Turbo not built correctly.
