A few tears in the fabric were found probably due to the fact the item was compressed by overly tight zip ties. Removing the zip ties was not easy either. I am fine with the item but shipping experience left me unhappy.

First chair was perfect. One chair's label was destroyed and was shipped far away by FedEx. Box arrived resealed with a lot of clear packing tape and was roughly handled.
