In my experience when these boards fail they fail after shut down. So after the seller tested the board he would not have known that it failed. Within a half an hour of being notified he offered a refund. I still needed a motherboard so the seller offered a compromise.For the cost of a CPU, he would send another motherboard with the CPU. The new motherboard and CPU works and is what is generating this review.
