The instructions said to add 1 even though they don't come with 1. If you want to know what set i'm referring to just type in your search engine here on eBay pirate lego imperial trading post. Scroll down until you find the version I'm talking about.

The item I received had been removed from it's original packaging and repackaged in a small ziploc bag. This should have been noted in the description that the product had been removed from it's original packaging.
