    The items eventually arrived - after almost a month. They were exactly as described. There was no communication when I raised an issue with the items not arriving on time. But I got the items I wanted eventually. So overall I m satisfied with this seller, and would buy again from them.

    It is unfortunate that the manufacturer of this item is no longer producing it and this seller was unable to ship it. But the seller did communicate well and let me know there was an issue with the manufacturer, out of the seller's control. This is an eBay seller with integrity.

    It really works

    I never knew for sure if any of the pheromone plug ins really worked and these are less expensive then other brands. I'm more then happy. Recently I removed this product from the wall because we were moving and I wanted to put it in the new house. For the day and night it was not in the house my boy kitty really started acting up and was not very happy for about 24 hrs when the plug ins I had previously plugged in at the new house started to work on him. He is now settled in the house and back to his normal, pleasant self. Why pay more for other brands when these work great?

    How Comfort Zone saved my cat, the house and my sanity

    If you have a male indoor cat (even if fixed) but you keep your windows open, he may feel threatened and want to mark his territory if he smells an outside cat. This product is your life saver. I have one plugged in on the 2nd floor and one plugged in on the 1st floor. Zero marking since! To me, its odorless so i have to keep checking to make sure that it doesnt need a refill. But it makes my cat calmer and the marking issue has been resolved. Everyone in the house is happy.

    Great product

    Great product. If your cats don't get along or are very nervous cats, this product helps them so much. Can't love without as there have been times when I can't get as the prices have gone sky high and the cats begin to act out again. Great price I have found on this site and delivered well.

    Great product to help calm cats

    Great product to help our cats, especially a skittish one, to be calmer and not so stressed. We can tell when it runs out if we haven't refilled in in a day or so as her behavior changes. We have two in our house where they tend to be the most.

    He's really helped take the edge off of ...

    He's really helped take the edge off of my cats anxiety. I use this a lot in the evening when there are outside noises or we are playing the movie too loud. Works really well the night before and day of a vet appointment.
