- 3***3 (7)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufMy Maytag Atlantis dryer sounded as if it was full of bricks when it ran. Isolated the problem to a visibly broken roller wheel. This replacement kit arrived promptly. I was able to swap in the new roller wheel and so far it works great. The dryer sounds normal, much quieter. I did not use the replacement axle as that would require going through the back of the dryer, but it looks like the correct size. Very happy with the roller.

My dryer was not engineered to make replacing the wheel shaft or anything else in the dryer drive system practical with no way to access the back side. So I lightly smoothed the old shafts with 2000-grit sandpaper and applied a little grease. Should be good for another 25 years. Kept the new shafts just in case.
