They updated me promptly with every step of the delivery. The plush was sealed in a plastic cover, with the tag protected between 2 sheets of cardboard. I like that that they provided little pull tabs on the cardboard so it is easy for me to remove the tape from the cardboard. They also included stickers and a note, which I thought was sweet of them. Thank you!
