The only issue we had was that we ordered two and one was incorrect. I gave them a call and their customer service was brilliant — they sent out a replacement ASAP, which arrived within 48 hours. Plus they were the only company I could find to get the closest match to the other door handle in my house otherwise I would of had to change the lot.

I contacted the supplier who immediately sent a pair of brass handles to correct the mistake. This is an example of how a supplier should respond I have nothing but praise for them I would have no concerns about using this supplier again. Thank you very much
