After sending a message on 4/14 about the other item, I was told it had been shipped but they’d still send a new item since the second item was not received. I have since sent five messages inquiring about its whereabouts and received no response. You’d think that after allegedly sending the items twice (again, one on 4/6 and another on 4/15), at least one would have been delivered by now.
