    From when I ordered it to when it arrived was about 8 days. 4 new 12" clamps for $84.83 total or $21.21 each. Reasonable price considering shipping. Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    The perfect choice for me.

    I have a low threshold for boredom when exercising. I find that I will put it off or not even think of it when doing it on my on. These DVD's contain people like me. Not the perfect size or look, but people you see on the street every day. Richard Simmons has an engaging personality and a gift for motivating people to strive to improve their body and health. He is understanding of limitations and just wants you to TRY. I have exercised more since I got these discs than I have in the last 15 years.

    Great exercise disc!

    This comes with 'Sweatin' to the Oldies 1-5' and 'Love Yourself and Win.' It is an excellent value. Now, I don't have to watch the same exercise disc everyday - I can choose from 5! Richard Simmons' exercise programs are always fun, and he doesn't have a bunch of mega-muscled dancers like you see on most tapes. The people are old, young, heavy, thin and in between. It's great fun to watch the end of the tape to see how much weight they've lost.

    My wife loves it!

    I bought this for my wife. She told me she used to sweat to the oldies when her kids were little. She started doing exercises again via youtube videos, but the quality was poor. She asked if I would get her the collection on dvd. Now that she is essential working from home, she carves out time during the day for her workouts.

    These workout dvd's are great! Richard makes it fun and the moves are easy to follow. I also love the music. Very motivating!

    I

    I don’t like to exercise but it’s something I need to do. This is an easy exercise program but it is effective and you will notice a difference in how you feel and look after only doing it for a short while. The music is good and makes you want to “move” with it. I am very happy with my purchase.
