It can be tricky to stick these inside shoes using the adhesive alone so my tip would be to overlay them with duct tape or similar once you are happy with the position inside the shoe. Will buy more of these arch supports from this seller once the need arises. Great seller and quick delivery!

The initial package of two soaps was sent out by EVRI, at the time I was unaware there was a problem in our area. After two weeks I got in touch with Josh who said he would refund but I asked if they could be sent out by royal mail. When I placed the next order the system defaulted to EVRI. I recontacted Josh and he despatched a package with extra goodies 😀 by RM TY
