It appears to be very well constructed and comes with instructions for use. It looks great and I'm looking forward to having a go with it to deal with some troubling fret sprout. The file is fine grit and we have a lot of experience with it - the finish it gives is very smooth and being diamond it lasts for many fretbaords. We also sell a coarse grit file for this tool - it removes material faster but then more finishing effort. Please let us know if you would like advice after using it.

Item was dispatched in 3 days as per the seller's lead times and was received very well packaged and in great condition, exactly as described. The packaging is recyclable (I think even compostable) but items could fit in less. I didn't manage to use it for the job I hoped but it seems durable and good quality. I like the feel of the handle. Seems like good value for money although time will tell. Overall, very happy, keep up the good job! Use slowly and each of the blades will last well - it usually only take a couple of passes per fret and so its also quite quick. We sell the replacement abrasive parts so you get to save money as the handle does not have to be re bought - if you wear out a blade.
