    Very catching. It is true--love doesn't always come like fireworks in the sky, but softly, gently and unexpected.

    It is a very good story. There is laughter and tears and the characters are interesting. It has a very good moral point in the story. The way the story will lead you to the next story in the series is very good. It's interesting to see what will happen in the next story in the series. The value is good. Money well spent. There should be more stories like this one. Michael Landon,Jr. follows in his Dad's footsteps of directing. That is great! Janette Oke is a very good writer. I look forward to more movies like "Love Comes Softly".

    Good Story, Good Cast

    The story of Marty: The beginning of the Love saga. Each chapter in the each film that briefs different stages of lives in the different timeline and characters. Its the dramatised romance stories in the times of the cowboy culture in the United States, but in the realistic approach. This film is a salute to the men and women of the 1880s in the west. Through hard work and relentless courage, they were able to survive the vicissitudes of nature. The film is a good one as it deals with a new theme in a very serious way. The theme being that people, who have lost their mates, marry at once, to provide for surviving children and to ease their loneliness.     Great love story!

    This is just the best movie ever! Spoiler alert. Only Halmark could kill off a lead character so peacefully, so bloodlessly that we aren’t sure he’s dead for several minutes. Get this movie. Watch it with your loved one!

    Sometimes it isn't fireworks......love just sneaks up on you.

    This is a wonderfully produced and acted family movie for all ages. Every age takes their own inspiration from it and ALL say it was the BEST movie they have seen in years. Love, love, love watching it over and over. I just had to have it in my collection.
