    My First Juicing Book

    I bought this book because it was one of the highest recommended when I did a Google search for "best juicing book". I'm new to juicing and wanted something to start me off. It's perfect for introducing me to the world of making juices and smoothies, and also would be good for anyone just looking for more recipes. It's huge and it's the only one I've needed so far! Tons of recipes and info on nutritional values of the foods being used. I've used it everyday and shown it to anyone willing to look and listen ☺ Great value.

    Delicious & Simple Recipes

    I mainly bought this for juicing recipes and I absolutely love it. The recipes are very simple with a few ingredients in them! Each recipe has five stars that rank that juice's/smoothie's benefits with detox, energy, skin, immunity, etc. She also explains the health benefits of various vegetables & fruits. This book is great for beginners and those who are juicing veterans.

    Overly simplistic

    If you want to juice mostly fruits, this might be a good book for you. I was hoping for a good selection of vegetable juices. There are a few, but not many. The whole thing is misleading and overly simplistic. First recipe, just apples. Next, apple and carrot. Next, apple and spirulina. Etc, etc. After they go through apple and everything they can think of, they do the exact same thing with oranges, next they do the exact same thing with grapefruit, and on and on. And I do mean on and on. I don't want to leaf through some huge book to find a juicing recipe that says two large handfuls of raspberries. I think I can figure that one out on my own.
