    Item arrived very late (not seller's fault as I arranged shipping with a forwarding company). It was a great packaging, and the item is as described. I would suggest to always include a hard copy of invoice for easier customs processes, though. Overall, a satisfactory experience, and good value for my money. I would surely transact more businesses with Techbuyer in the future. I recommend them.

    Great storage solution

    Always had great luck with Western Digital products. Added the 6 TB my book as as extra storage to a Western Digital My Book Live Duo 4TB for 10 TB's of backup capability. Just plugged it into the USB port on the back of the my book live duo and was up and running in minutes. This will give us plenty of backup storage space for years to come for all our home videos and pics. The drive is small, pretty much invisible, and silent too. You would even never know it was there protecting your data.

    6TB at good value

    The external drive has plenty of room for my many backups !! I'm a firm believer in backing up regularly and 6TB is plenty. Also plan on converting some old home VHS movies to the drive when time allows and I should have plenty of room. It's quiet and as fast as can be for a non-SSD Hard Drive. When prices come down I'll replace it with a large SSD external drive for the speed difference.

    6TB My Book

    very nice drive. Only one design suggestion .... drive should be a horizontal drive not standing...... for falling over. All standing drive are risky. I would not take the chance to put it to lie down...... I did that to a 3TB Seagate ..... it crashed in less than 2hrs of doing so..... hence I have gone to WD. Will never buy a Seagate again. WD Black Performance drives. This drive is working well so far.

    Outstanding

    This gives me 6TB (well almost as close as bit size calc works out) of storage. Excellent for backups and storage of mass amounts of large files (videos). Works great, plug and play setup. To date 100% reliable!

    Fingers Crossed

    Had for a month or two, so far, excellent drive and price. I have had a couple similiar one, and they only seem to last a year or so, not sure if its the new hdd technology, but have fingers crossed it lasts have as long as some of my old raid drives going on 15yrs now.
