A good 2nd season, but...
I love all the Evil Dead movies. Have all of them from old VHS copies to Collector's DVDs to Blu ray Remasters. I even enjoyed the Evil Dead remake. So when Ash vs Evil Dead as announced as a series... I was stoked. Season 1 was simply amazing and I could not wait for Season 2. Unfortunately, the affects of both on the set and behind the scenes issues (google it) are apparent in the last few episodes and the Season Finale is just a mess (the nicest way to put it). It is a shame that such a "beloved franchise" could be hurt by an obvious creative/ power play. I hope that egos can be put aside or Season 2 finale just might be the Series Finale. and that would be a shame. As for the set itself on Bluray. Why would you not watch the series in high definition as it was filmed? Should be a no brainer if you have a nice TV.
