    A BJJ Must for any belt

    This book has become invaluable to me in training. It takes a very unique and methodical approach to learning BJJ from a sound foundation-based approach starting with survival on the mats, to escapes, and so on. I've owned a lot of material (both book and video based) and this has become the material I use the most. As with any material, please run things by your instructor for verification and always be open to new information.

    BJJ Bible

    Seriously I’ve wasted so much money looking for BJJ answers, regardless of on mat, books or DVD. This book has the details and answers anyone from a white to black belt could need. Couldn’t be anymore thorough and superb!! These two guys took so much pride in providing the best book possible. Amazing book!

    Great BJJ Resource

    It can be tough learning a martial art through a book but this is an excellent resource in addition to regular, in-person instruction.
