    Much better than the product sold at the box staples store

    Much better than the product sold at the box staples store. This one does not jam, takes less force to staple, and hols 5x the number of staples. Both products were tested using the staples generic brand of, well, staples. Same paper, same number of sheetees, even same humidity and temperatures on the exact same table. I had 50% pull-and-restape with the box store brand. I had no pulls using this product. It did not hurt my pride that this product cost less, so I returned the box store 50-staple clunker.

    Great solution for saddle stiching 8-1/2" x 11" boklets

    I sometimes need to make letter-sized booklets, i.e., 8-1/2" x 11" from a few 11" x 17" pages folded down the middle. I couldn't justify buying an office-grade saddle stapler, so I tried one of those pivoting staplers that has a rotating stapler section. While it works, there is a certain amount of slop in the swing-out mechanism that makes it difficult to consistently position the staple in the fold. As a result, the booklet will not fold properly once stapled.. In contrast, this long reach stapler is extremely rigid and stable. Position the pages, depress the stapler, and the job is done. There is a depth gauge that will allow consistent positioning of the staple at a precise distance from the long edge of the page.     Great stapler

    This stapler does all it is advertised to do . I have standard staples and they fit very well I had 19 sheets of paper to staple at a mid point . Very satisfied with it driving the staples through the fold (@10”) from the edge . I use this machine with all confidence

    Only use its own staples ??

    looks like it can only use the shorter staples made just for this stapler...the universal staples are too wide to fit in stapler

    great stapler

    This stapler was a godsend. I needed to staple 100 booklets together for a class. It was easy to use and I love the adjustable throat depth. It stapled spot on!
