Effectively addresses/prevents joint pain and stiffness.
This product provides preservation and health for your joints. It has allowed me to maintain my mobility as I get older. I am very active, walking 5 miles/day and tackle 450 stairs each day as well. No pain in my knees or hips! The pills are a little on the large side and the product can be pricey depending on where you get it (this was a great deal!) so to me it's WORTH IT!

Ive used this product for years. I had arthritis so bad in my shoulders I couldn't move my arm away from body more than 14 inches. After taking this for a few weeks and cutting out milk products I felt a better, now i'm back playing golf with full range of motion in my arms. Pretty good for an 81 year old guy.

I have more knee issues when I stop taking it. It seems like the aches and pains return. Thanks for the great price and value.

"I Got Nothing"
I liked the idea. to be honest I took a hole bottle, 2 per day. solid for 40 days, I also ordered a 2nd bottle, and kept taking them for a week more. I have not noticed any change in my soar joints. I am not saying it is a bad product. I am just saying it has not done anything for me. I do not see ordering a 3rd time.

Osteo Bi-Flex really works
I take Osteo Bi-Flex since at least 20 years, and I never had any problems with my joints and I walk a lot. Thank you Osteo-Bi-Flex.
