    The Cherokee made ceremonial pipe is so amazing. The seller was kind and so easy to communicate with. My piece was delivered 1 day earlier than original tracking showed. Seller packages the item well so it arrived in good condition. I will be keeping my eye on this sellers items !! Item is as described. And condition matched the description as well.     Easy read with valuable information.

    I wanted to read this book because my cousins had read it and were able to get out of debt in a timely manner. There are many success stories in the book. It is straight forward and easy to the Total Money Makeover plan to get out of debt and to put funds away for a time of need. I highly recommend this book.

    A good base to get one's financial life in order

    For the most part I agree with Dave's analysis of financial priorities. Most items people purchase fall in value as soon as you fork over the cash for them. The exceptions are those assets that over time almost always appreciate in value. Real estate, houses or homes and other ownership stakes such as company stock. To reduce risk a diversified portfolio as can be purchased using a mutual fund or Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) is a better way to own a company. In the short term you can get burned but generally not in the long term. In essence Dave wants everyone to to use their precious money to buy assets that appreciate and I completely agree with that.

    Amazingly simple!!

    This book is a great resource, easy to read and, most importantly, easy to follow. If you want to be debt free, this book lays out a step by step process to get there. There are no additional books or programs to buy -- it's all in here. You just have to be tired of being broke and in debt. Check this book out and Dave Ramsey will change your life. I did, it worked for me, and I highly recommend it!

    Great book but read it with motive!

    At first, I didn’t quite notice the actual steps while reading. But I backtracked and figured out what I was supposed to do. The steps are practical and anyone with real motive can do them. The testimonials throughout the book wear on me, somewhat, but they also made me more eager to get right to it. I am working the steps and it is working for me.

    His methods work!

    I Love Dave Ramsey products. They are straightforward no nonsense get the job done books. I also like how he talks about behavior change. You have to have a new mindset towards money. And he makes you think ahead.
