I reinforced the old tape with new but if the shipper thought it needed more they could add more. I used all the tape I had to secure the box and the item was as pictured in listing. I stated everything "as is" in listing. Shipping price was stated at listing of auction - so weather price of item was $40 more and shipping free makes no difference.
