Uses Freeze Dried products for recipes.
This book is only for those who can do freeze dried foods or purchase them. The book is not what I was expecting. If I had a freeze drier I would probably enjoy doing these recipes.

Excellent for using food storage
Easy to read and follow. Recipes are good as I try them to learn how to use my food storage better. Strongly urged to get for families who have food storage and want to incorporate into your regular meals.
