Don't follow directions for a good fit
I purchased the Wilson Mouth Guards thinking that they would fit as well as the Rawlings brand. They don't. These definitely have to be put into very hot water for you to achieve a good fit. The problem is that when you follow the directions and take the mouth guard out of the previously boiling water, it has become so soft and has lost its shape, that you will be fishing in the pan of too hot water for a clear, shinny like worm creature instead of a mouth shaped, mouth guard. I suggest not bringing the water to a full boil and leaving the mouth guard in the water for less than 30 seconds. If you have something other than a spoon to take the mouth guard out with, or better something that the mouth guard can sit in whilst you keep it in the hot water, that would be better. It appears that I am not the only person who has had this problem, as I have seen on another selling site it pictured there. I have not tried putting the mouth guard in cooler water and for a shorter time, say maybe 20 seconds yet, but I plan to soon.

Wife uses it to prevent grinding her teeth in her sleep. Dentist's want $125 for the same product.. I recommend this because it works the same as a dental mouth-guard and is easy on the pocketbook..

Beats $400.00 dentist night guard in your drawer.
I use them as a night guard as I grind my teeth. They work great and I toss them when they show some wear. I bought more because they are often hard to find. I am sure my uncle who played FB at ND and then the Eagles way back when would have loved one.

okay to deal with nighttime jaw clenching- not like a dentist's tho

Serves purpose
It seemed good quality. Followed directions to a T but did not form to teeth as well as expected. Still able to use...even though deformed.

Rare find these days
Unable to find these anywhere else. Walmart used to carry them at .97 cents each but doesn't even carry them any more. This was a rare find. Fast shipping too.

Protects the Grind!
Getting hard to find and need a new one after any new 'crown' glad to find. Use to buy local for a $1 each. Fits my need.
