Good but expensive
Seems much better than the first rug doctor hand tool. Of which I've had 2 fail. So hope this one last. It's a good tool but expensive when you work out the price of the machine & tool new. The other downside is you have to buy the whole hose & bag. when really all I needed was the end tool. Just what I needed
