Very nice and fantastic value
Nice straightener - comes with a lovely handy mat. heats up very quickly (could do with another 20/40 degrees) the titanium plates are so kind to the hair and give a sleek shiny and beautifully straight result. I would recommend this to anyone - especially people with west Indian coarse hair. Loved it

They won't heat up
I've got it up on the highest temperature and they are not heating up don't know if it's faulty or I'm missing something but I ain't happy!!
