Not recommended!
Received part with no documentation indicating what they found wrong with my IDM, or what actions they took to repair it. When I installed it; there was no change with engine operation. When I requested technical support; all I got was the "stiff arm". Here's a partial clip from their response ..."we can not go into high detail of what gets replaced or how we go about our process...." They refused to answer even the basic question ... did you find a defect with the unit I sent you? After 5 days, I still don't have a response from their technical department. When I swapped in a known good IDM from another vehicle, the engine ran great. Swapped my original "repaired" IDM into the donor truck, and all bank 2 injectors would not fire. They did a great job of cleaning the case, but a horrible job of actually fixing the electronics and communication with their customer.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Fixed my IDM problem immediately
I had diagnosed and determined that I definitely needed a new IDM for my 99 7.3L powerstroke. I ordered this one and it came within a few days. As soon as I installed it my truck started up and ran better than it had in a while. If you are sure your IDM is the problem then this is the least expensive service I found. The only downside is the one they mailed me has all part numbers etc blacked out so you don't know exactly what you get 110volt, 120 volt etc.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
