Get this one.
It is a solid show from this tour which features some excellent Pigpen in the first set. The second set is very strong and I would say It Hurts me Too and Wharf rat are the high lights as the DS is good but not as good as the many other they played that spring almost 50 years ago. You can also get it for a super price too.

The Grateful Dead CD set, Rockin’ the Rhein is a great musical document of the Dead
This CD set is recorded during the Europe 1972 tour by the Dead. My observation is the Grateful Dead’s most fruitful years are in the 1968-1979 range. However, the Europe tour finds the Dead in fine form in many venues. The Rockin the Rhein is no exception. In fact, my recommendation is to seek out the 1972-73 shows in any venue. The Dead were humming and the musical creativity was matched with craftsmanship. Great all around and highly recommended.

The Dead at the peak of their powers.
It's a terrific show from a most notable tour. The CD was in great condition and sounds perfect to my ears. It arrived in a timely manner as well.
