good product
It seems to help quite a bit. It works better than antidepressants did! That's for sure! And its natural! That makes it even better!

Good product.
I added this to my valarian root to see if it would help me fall asleep and help me fall back to sleep if I wake up in the night. I have been using it a little over a week and do believe I have been sleeping better. Will continue with it.

Best Sleep Ever!
Sooo happy with Now 5-Htp 100mg. I take 3 before bed and i sleep nicely. When I wake up Im totally relaxed. On my 3rd bottle, will continue to buy it. Grateful for a good sleep!!

Now Foods 5HTP
While I have had better, this is an acceptable supplement for 5HTP. Perhaps the B6 that other supplements add is a benefit.

great natural anti-depressant
start with 50mg in the morning, followed by 50 in the afternoon. I found my best dosage at 100mg in the morning.
