Could have been packaged more thoughtfully - item was enclosed in plastic container without any padding/tissue paper causing it to rattle around during shipping. Luckily it was not broken, but some pf the blue paint from the figure's wings was chipped off in the container. The damage could have been avoided if the figure had a paper towel, tissue paper, or cotton ball in the container with her.

The online description was great, however it was difficult to determine the exact color on the computer. When I contacted the seller for clarification, she went out of her way to send me more photos taken outside, and this really helped.
