The pins in the charging coaster fall in...
The pins in the charging coaster fall into the charging plate and then don’t charge the coffee cup. Which is why I needed a new one. Ember isn’t helpful. This is a well known problem. But I love the coffee cup- my coffee stays hot for a good bit. So it’s worth the trouble. Ember has slightly redesigned the plate, so maybe this one will last longer.
